Drop The Knife, The Tauntaun Sleeping Bag Is Now Real - Gizmodo
Thanks to Lucasfilm’s nod of approval, ThinkGeek’s got a treat for every Jedi’s snuggly-wuggly-cuddly-just-ten-more-minutes-please-mom side. I wanna throw a sleepover to have an excuse to roll out lotsa these Tauntaun sleeping bags which “simulate the warmth of a Tauntaun carcass.”
Nicole Lavelle and Michael Eaton: Love What You Do! PSU Student Show (via kate*)
This is the inexpensive pocket version of Josef Alber’s Interaction of Color published in 1971. The original 1963 book had 150 color plates, weighed 22 pounds and retailed for $200 ($1400 in 2009 dollars). This version has only 8 color plates and the printing quality is quite low.
